Presented is a truly impressive Michigan State University home jersey with Harbaugh NOB, a game-worn specimen that obviously is not linked to the two famous Harbaughs, both of whom plied their collegiate wares at other Midwestern institutions of higher learning. The shirt is a spongy, heavy double-knit, with underscored “Spartans” and the numerals 16, plus the NOB “Harbaugh” sewn on in forest-green poly-twill. It has a Speedline Size 42 collar label and Velcro fasteners on tail edges. Efforts to trace the NOB to Harbaugh family members or relative came up empty.
