Presented is a cool array of primarily pregame batting practice jerseys from the Chicago Cubs in the 1980s, a group that likely touches a number of players and/or coaches. The lineup includes a No. 38 Ron Meredith Cubs pregame mesh jersey with ribbed knit collar (white stripe), crossover neck and same format for sleeve ends. The famed Cubs logo is on the left chest, and twill numbers are sewn directly to the shirt. Three other shirts attributed to No. 30 Chris Walker, No. 16 Paul Noce and possibly No. 48 Jay Baller, Phil Roof or Mike Hartley, essentially match the description; a fourth with No. 33 and possible links to Porfi Altamirano or Frank DiPino has the V-neck base restitched for possible reinforcement.
