Presented are three historic World Series ticket stubs, artifacts that are part of legendary National League triumphs over the American League behemoth New York Yankees. The 1957 stub is from Game Two of that Series, a 4-2 Lew Burdette victory for the first of his three wins in a Series that earned him MVP honors; the stub is in a PSA Authentic holder. The 1960 World Series stub is from Game Five, a Pirates 4-2 victory in an amazing historical event when the powerful Yankees drubbed the Pirates in three contests by scores of 16-3, 10-0 and 12-0, then watched In horror as Bill Mazeroski’s home run sailed over the left field wall at Forbes Field in a giddy, 10-9 Pirates Game Seven win. The Game Five stub is in Near-Mint condition, commemorating a Harvey Haddix 5-2 Pirates victory. The final stub is from the 1963 World Series when the Dodgers swept the Yankees in four games; the Game Two stub from a 5-2 Johnny Podres win is in an SGC Authentic holder.
