Here is a simply extraordinary accumulation of the pioneering hobby publication “The Trader Speaks,” published from 1969-83 under the watchful eye of founder and editor Dan Dischley, one of the most influential figures in the hobby over that span. The offered group is nearly complete, missing only the first four issues from 1969. The offered group provides an unparalleled account of the expansion of the hobby in the 1970s, in a monthly publication that was considered a must-read for a generation of serious collectors. The array is broadly Excellent or better, and in fact improves a bit over time, probably closer to Ex-Mt for much of the later 1970s and early 1980s, with no duplication. There are eight (8) issues in 1969 and then typically 12 per year from 1970-82 (13 issues in 1971 and 1972), and 10 issues in 1983 to the close of Dischley’s tenure, for a total of 176 issues.
