Here’s a chance to travel back in time and pick up eight pristine Topps football card sets that look precisely as they must have when they rolled off the presses so many decades ago, which is to say Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint, with perhaps a few Ex-Mt cards and the emphasis to the upper end of the spectrum. With vivid colors and spectacular gloss, this fabulous array boasts the coveted “vending bend” that bespeaks of uncirculated cardboard, in this instance with a pronounced bend and some of the typical centering vagaries that customarily attend the genre.
