Here is the important 1959-60 Parkhurst Hockey issue, the quaint 50-card set of 2 7/16-by-3 5/8-inch cards that features players – and coaches and even executives – from the two Canadian clubs at the time, Montreal and Toronto. The offered set is in markedly better condition than this set is typically encountered in mature collections, broadly Very Good to Near-Mint, with just a couple of cards below the range, providing a nice uniform and consistent presentation. It comes out to 16 percent Near-Mint, 58 percent Ex-Mt and 20 percent Excellent.
