Here is the 1960 Parkhurst Hockey issue, the 61-card set of 2 7/16-by-3 5/8-inch cards that features players from the two Canadian clubs at the time, Montreal and Toronto, plus the Detroit Red Wings. The offered set is in a relatively wide condition range from mostly Good to Near-Mint, with just a couple of cards below the range, and yet still providing a nice uniform and consistent presentation. With blazing red, blue and yellow background panels and snow-white borders, the important set presents in a particularly striking fashion. It comes out to seven percent Near-Mint, 23 percent Ex-Mt, 28 percent Excellent, 23 percent Very Good and 13 percent Good. The breakdown of keys: No. 1 Horton – Very Good, 2 Mahovlich – VG, 3 Bower – Excellent, 20 Howe – Ex-Mt, 23 Abel – Ex-Mt, 26 Ullman – Ex-Mt, 31 Sawchuck – VG, 36 Delvecchio – VG, 38 Moore – Near-Mint, 45 Richard – Ex-Mt, 46 Geoffrion – VG-Ex, 47 Henri Richard – Good, 48 Harvey – Ex-Mt, 49 Beliveau – VG, 51 Bonin – VG, 53 Plante – Nr-Mt, 59 Geoffrion/Beliveau/Marshall – VG-Ex and 61 Morrison – Fair.
