Offered are eight high-grade hockey sets (one near set) from primarily Topps, with the near set from 1985 O-Pee-Chee, with all concerned largely as-issued blazers, essentially Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint, with vivid colors and superb gloss. It should be pointed out that in addition to the O-Pee-Chee near set, one of the 1988 Topps sets is missing a single card, albeit an important one in No. 120 Wayne Gretzky. Here’s the breakdown: 1974 Topps Hockey (2 sets, 264 cards each); 1985 O-Pee-Chee Hockey (253/264) – missing Nos. 1, 9, 12, 29, 86, 120, 177, 209, 210, 259 and 262; and 1988 Topps Hockey (five sets, 198 cards each) – as noted above missing the single Gretzky; also included in this element are about 15 wrappers from 1988 Topps, mostly Very Good or so condition, with some kind of rudely folded.
