Presented is an interesting and eclectic mostly Topps football array, with keys singles from 1954-79 and a couple of dozen singles from the 1980s, plus a large group of 1978 Topps Football and two sets and a near set from the 1980s. The 1960s and 1970s group includes nearly 20 Hall of Famers, and the 1980s and beyond group is mostly Hall of Famers. Breakdown of large card groups and sets: 1) 1978 Topps Football (125) – mostly Very Good to Ex-Mt, some Near-Mint, with more than a dozen Hall of Famers; 1982 Topps Set (528) – Ex-Mt to Near-Mint, with a few below, four Checklist are Excellent (mk) and No. 1 is Very Good; 1983 Topps Set (396) – Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint, with distinctive vending bend; and 1984 Topps Set (393/396), basically Near-Mint to Mint blazer, but missing Elway and Marino Rookies and Montana.
