Offered here is a 1961 Topps Baseball near set in a relatively wide condition range of Very Good to Ex-Mt, with the emphasis probably to Excellent and some below. It’s a nice collectible example of one of the important issues of the period, the set that arrived in the same giddy summer that watched Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris battle to best Babe Ruth’s single-season home run mark.
