Offered is an intriguing minor-league jersey from a longtime Triple-A ballclub in the International League, a 1960s era cream-colored flannel with double royal-blue braid piping and double navy braid piping across the collar and button path. It has the six-button front, with red twill front No. 15 and navy-blue numeral on the back, with beautiful four-color chenille patch on the left sleeve. “Jets” is underscored across the front in script blue twill on the front. Rawlings Size 44 tail labeling has local distributor tagging for Berry’s Sporting Goods of Columbus, Ohio. Player attribution is unknown; the shirt is in nice condition with some toning on the shirt surface and could easily be enhanced with some gentle soaking and washing. It is a handsome minor-league flannel used throughout the 1960s by this Pirates affiliate from 1957-70.
