Presented are four outstanding jerseys from one of the acclaimed college football powerhouses, Ohio State, including three from the fabled football program and one from the 1994 Women’s Basketball squad. The three football jerseys are from the 1996 campaign; the Women’s Basketball Program jersey is from 1994. Here’s the breakdown: 1) 1996 Ohio State Brooks Burris road white jersey. Stretch finely-ribbed V-neck collar and sleeve ends, with white dazzle cloth shoulder yokes and sleeves, micro-mesh body and spandex side panels. Numeric identifiers No. 67 are in red poly-twill; NOB has been removed, with plate outline and thread remnants remaining. The famed Nike Swoosh logo appears on the upper-left chest, with Nike Size 54 labeling at the collar. Jersey reveals solid wear on the collar label, shoulders and dings on the sleeve striping, along with collar wear. Burris was an offensive guard, 6-6 and 295 lbs., a Junior; Ohio State finished the season with an 11-1 record, with Big Ten and Rose Bowl titles in tow.; 2) 1996 Ohio State Kevin Houser red home jersey. Stretch finely-ribbed V-neck collar and sleeve ends, with red dazzle cloth shoulder yokes and sleeves, micro-mesh body and spandex side panels. Numeric identifiers No. 87 are in white poly-twill; NOB has been removed, with plate outline and thread remnants remaining. The famed Nike Swoosh logo appears on the upper-left chest, with Nike Size 52 labeling at the collar. Jersey reveals light wear and numeral surface wear on the back numbers. Houser was a defensive end and tight end for the 1996 club, along with serving on Special Teams.; 3) 1996 Ohio State Matt Lavrar road white jersey. Stretch finely-ribbed V-neck collar and sleeve ends, with white dazzle cloth shoulder yokes and sleeves, micro-mesh body and spandex side panels. Numeric identifiers No. 48 are in red poly-twill; NOB has been removed, with plate outline and thread remnants remaining. The famed Nike Swoosh logo appears on the upper-left chest, with Nike Size 52 labeling at the collar. Jersey reveals solid wear, with dings on the shoulder numbers and two repairs on the back and one on the front.; and 4) 1994 Ohio State Women’s Basketball Amy Turner red road jersey. Dazzle cloth jersey has black/silver/white ribbed knit V-neck and arm yokes, with screened-on white-on-black identifiers. Lady Champion Size 22 labeling is at the collar, with fabric content and washing instructions tag; Champion 1994 Ohio State Exclusivity labeling appears at the tail. Jersey shows light surface and label wear.
