If you thought finding cards that had dutifully avoided human contact was important in 1972-73, it's now a year later and the condition sensitivity meter is off the dial. With the set upped to a record 198 cards and the full-bleed borders of bright colors, the onus on finding the unmolested among the cardboard ranks is considerable. Once the hammer falls, carefully peer in to find Dryden, Orr or Lafleur, or maybe a Billy Smith rookie. The box has been authenticated and shrink-wrapped by Steve Hart of Baseball Card Exchange, who noted that this box originated from Larry Fritsch Cards.
