Presented here is a near-complete set of the fabled 1951 Bowman Baseball issue, missing the Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays Rookie cards and 33 others but including almost two dozen Hall of Famers, headlined by the likes of Ted Williams, Duke Snider, Bob Feller and a host of others. Overall, the set is basically Good to Excellent, with a couple of dozen cards above and below the range. It is an impressive accumulation of one of the truly iconic Bowman issues, coming in at 9 percent Ex-Mt, 19 percent Excellent, 42 percent Very Good and 22 percent Good; two dozen cards fall below to Fair and a pair above the range to Near-Mint.
