Presented here is a very impressive example of the 1970 Topps Baseball issue, found here in a very uniform mostly Excellent to Near-Mint condition, with some below and the emphasis easily to Ex-Mt. This is a nice representation of the iconic “Grey Lady,” the company’s largest-ever issue to that date and a popular starting point for a generation of collectors, in this instance with a sterling condition pedigree of almost 96 percent of the set being Excellent or better. Overall, it comes out to 26 percent Near-Mint, 50 percent Ex-Mt, 20 percent Excellent and barely over two dozen cards falling below, most of those to Very Good.
