Here is an attractive complete set of the iconic 1962 Topps Football issue, found here in essentially Excellent to Ex-Mt condition, with some below to Very Good and a handful above to Near-Mint, with a profound emphasis to Ex-Mt. It’s a nice representation of the difficult, black-bordered horizontal format that combined an unusual presentation format with the condition-sensitive nightmare of full-bleed black borders that so easily reveal chipping and the slightest bit of wear. It includes many of the legendary figures from the era, the halcyon days of the NFL when (lower case) giants played the game with a ferocity and spirit unmatched by future generations.
