Presented is an almost literally unimprovable group of 25 complete sets of 1986 Fleer Baseball Update in original boxes, pristine cards that are easily Near-Mint to Mint, essentially as-issued monsters with stunning color and gloss, and possibly a handful of cards merely Near-Mint. As has been a hallmark of the update issues from all three companies, the pristine cards seem to have a crispness of color and bold gloss that even surpasses their regular-issue counterparts. It’s an issue that boasts the important Rookie cards of All-Time Home Run King Barry Bonds and one of the purest hitters of the modern era, Will Clark. At 132 cards per set (plus the famous Fleer sticker), that comes out to 3,300 cards looking exactly the way they did when they rolled off the presses; the boxes are similarly outstanding, with perhaps a couple just a week bit below from the minimal handling and alignment in larger containers.
