Here’s a truly compelling group of vintage Mickey Mantle memorabilia pieces, headlined by a Mickey Mantle Big League Baseball Game and a couple of his classic Topps cards from his playing career, along with a number of non-mainstream items from his playing days and retirement years as an erstwhile restauranter. The 15-by-8-inch board game box is in Good condition, with its striking yellow background jostled only by some corner dings and spotting, and slight separation on one corner. The inside graphic elements are outstanding, with die and game pieces intact, along with a spinner that works like a charm. The elegant 9-by-7-inch black-and-white photograph is in similar, easily Near-Mint condition. The breakdown of other elements: 1) 1959 Topps All-Star No. 564 – Very Good; 2) 1964 Topps Coin No. 131 – VG-Ex; 3) 1969 Topps No. 500 – Good; 4) “Mickey Mantle Westins” label 3 ¼-by-2 ¼ inches; 5) Mickey Mantle Holiday Inn Postcard – no writing – Excellent-Plus; 6) Mickey Mantle Holiday Inn Matchbook, intact – Excellent; and 7) “I Love Mickey” 1 ¾-inch in diameter Pinback button with Teresa Brewer – Near-Mint.
