Offered is an outstanding example of the popular San Francisco Giants Bobbin Head Dolls from the 1967-72 Gold Base Series, an Excellent specimen boasting superb color and gloss. The seven-inch figure can lay claim to an attractive paint job, with almost none of the dreaded chipping that is part and parcel of so many of these vintage treasures, save only for a relatively large section of paint loss approximately ¼-inch square to the back of the Gold Base. The only other discouraging word would be some minor dirt and miniscule chipping to the “Giants” decal across the front of the shirt. The original box is 3 ¼-by-7 ½ inches (3 ½ inches deep) is in Good condition, revealing some minor scuffing and small tears and fraying to the edges.
