This is an attractive example of the important Kansas City Royals Bobbin Head Doll from the 1967-72 Gold Base Series, an Ex-Mt specimen that displays excellent color and gloss and has virtually none of the dreaded paint chipping that typically confronts this issue. The seven-inch, round-base figure has some very modest loss to the “KC” decal on the cap and the “Royals” decal across the chest. The original box with color sticker on the top is 3 ¼-by-7 ¼ inches (3 ¼ inches deep) is also in Ex-Mt condition, without significant issue and only minimal fraying of the delicate cardboard edges.
