Presented is a pristine complete set from 1983 Star Co. All-Star Basketball issue (30, plus two promotion cards), the folks who stepped into the basketball card vacuum in the early 1980s after Topps stepped away for a while and Fleer was waiting in the wings with its blockbuster effort in 1986. As has always been the case with the Star Co. issues, the tiny print runs and unique distribution channels has meant that much of what turns up is in superior grades, and that’s the case here with essentially as-issued blazers. Cards are mostly Near-Mint to Mint; a companion 1984 All-Star near set is 23/25, missing Nos. 3 and 16.
