This phenomenal game-used jersey comes arrives off the back of Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee and the jersey was used during the 2008 National League Divisional Series. The white home jersey shows light use and there is a tag on the inside of the neck with "25 52 08" sewn into it in black thread, which correlates to Lee's number, jersey size and season, respectively. The Cubs patch is sewn onto the front, with a Majestic tag sewn onto the tail, with a "52" tag included. The back of the uniform includes "Lee" and "25" patches sewn on , with a Cubs logo on the sleeve. The jersey is signed on the back by Lee in silver paint pen, and Lee added "Game Used 08 NLDS", with a Sports Memorabilia hologram (SM0001322) affixed to the "2."
