Presented is a striking 12-by-13-inch composite photograph produced by Sporting Life Magazine depicting 19 members of the St. Louis Browns, including club president R.L. Hedges and manager James McAleer. Attractively matted to 14-by-13-inch dimensions, the piece presents in Near-Mint condition from what is visible outside the brown matting, which neatly complements the sepia-toned images of the players. The ball club finished in fifth place in an otherwise undistinguished campaign, but enlivened by a roster that includes the likes of a pair of Hall of Famers: shortstop Bobby Wallace and catcher Branch Rickey.
