Offered is a rare, complete set of the quirky 1901 Uncle Sam’s Cabinets Game cards, a charming issue that featured the 26 U.S. Presidents up to the point of the game’s publication in 1901, with a single card of each numbered President and three members of their Cabinets (104). The “cards,” with black-and-white images and red, sepia-toned card backs, are 2 ½-by-3 ½ inches and are broadly Good to Very Good. The key cards, including the initial six Presidents plus Lincoln, Grant and Teddy Roosevelt, are all in Good condition.
