Presented is a truly unique and rare Joe DiMaggio figural piece that features a 7-inch ceramic figure delicately hand-painted atop an elegant and elaborate base that brings the overall presentation to 14 inches high. The Near-Mint painted DiMaggio figure sits above a gold-painted crest, which in turn rests upon 7-inch square wood pedestal and nine-inch square base. The pedestal includes a 3-by-5-inch sepia-toned action image on the front and smaller color photo on the back. There is just the barest nick of the paint on DiMaggio’s cap and a whisper of scuffing to one edge on the wood base.
