Here's a 1980 Buccaneers Police issue card of Ricky Bell, which is signed in red felt tip pen. Bell was the No. 1 pick in the 1977 NFL Draft, but died at age 29 of heart failure caused by dermatomyositis. His rare signature is authenticated and slabbed by BAS.
