This is a key card from arguably the most important baseball card issue ever created, a T206 Chief Bender Portrait card with Piedmont 150 Back in a PSA Authentic (Altered) holder, one of three Bender variations in the fabled issue. The card boasts a nearly problem-free front with a striking presentation of the Bender Portrait neatly showcased by the pastel green background, even with the tiny section of the lower-left clipped corner, along with an attractive white border. The Piedmont 150 Back is uncommonly crisp and clean, along with some extraneous pencil markings.
