This is an eye-catching example of the most difficult, condition-sensitive baseball card issue that Topps ever produced, the black-bordered 1971 Topps set that remains one of the true classics for serious collectors. This example in a binder is essentially Excellent to Near-Mint, with some below and the emphasis to Ex-Mt or better, with fairly typical centering for the issue and the Hall of Famers and keys generally conforming to the wider condition range.
