Presented is a really neat example of one of the coveted styles for advanced jersey collectors, a sample circa 1977-78 Houston Astros Roger Metzger rainbow pullover. The unique “rainbow” styling is found on the main body of the jersey and sleeve-end accents, with orange and navy V-neck. The plated NOB is sewn on the back and player No. 14 is screened on front and back. Sand-Knit labeling Medium size is present, with no strip tags or Astros’ exclusivity labeling at the tail.
