This blank-backed proof card is from the 1967 Topps Captain Nice test issue. It features Captain Nice in full uniform, with the words "Now When She Hits Her High Note, I Want The Bass Drum To Come In Loud And Strong…" The card appears to be in Mint condition and is still in a plastic case with the Topps Vault seal in tact. We considered grading this one since there are only two listed on PSA's population report, but didn't want to break the Topps Vault seal.
