This is a fascinating, old-fashioned-style auction lot, a massive accumulation of unrelated pieces that can present real opportunities for collectors willing to put in a bit of effort perusing the extensive description. Here we have items spanning a century, from 1915 team photographs, 1940’s advertising featuring MLB stars, uncut sheets of baseball cards, 1960’s MLB sketchbooks, Rawlings glove tags, a vast array of Sporting News covers and a whole lot more. It’s an intriguing lot that begs for a good deal of close examination.
