This lot offers a 1969 Topps Rulers single of Dave Bing, which arrives in a PSA 6 holder. There's less than 3,700 total single graded from this 23-card set, which averages around 150 of each card so not many survived and they are much more scarce than the regular Topps cards. Only 115 Bing singles have been graded by PSA.
