Two key Topps issues from the 1970’s are offered here in high grade, starting with a 1973 complete set that is in Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt condition, with the emphasis to the upper end of the condition range. Hall of Famers and stars fall within the broader condition range, as illustrated by the following keys: 1 HR Leaders – Ex-Mt, 50 Clemente – Ex-Mt, 100 Aaron – Ex-Mt, 130 Rose – Ex-Mt, 142 Munson – Ex-Mt, 220 Ryan – Ex-Mt, 245 Yastrzemski – Nr-Mt, 305 Mays – Ex, and 615 Schmidt rookie – Ex-Mt. The 1974 Topps issue is similarly Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt, again with the emphasis to the upper end of the scale.
