This four-page contract is dated February 10, 1949 and signed twice by Jim Baxes. The contract is to play with the Class AAA St. Paul club, with signatures two signatures each from Baxes and general manager Mel Jones. Baxes was drafted in 1947 and bounced around the minors until 1961, making it to the majors only one year in 1959. Signatures are pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
