This 34.5" SAM Bat is model JB1 and was used by Pat Burrell in the 2003 season. The handle has a heavy coat of pine tar leading all the way up to the center brand, with multiple ball transfer marks, ball stitch marks and scuffing on the barrel. Burrell's number "5" is written on the knob and end of the barrel. The end of the barrel also includes the following notations: "34.5, 32,8 oz, 02 24 03, JB, 2153".
