This gorgeous 12x16 frame features a vintage photo of former president Theodore Roosevelt and is signed in black fountain pen near the bottom. The photo is matted to a size of 6x9.5 and the signature is absolutely stunning and dated "Jan. 17th, 1908" which means it was signed while Roosevelt was president. The signature is authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
