This 1983 Topps set includes Sharpie signed versions of all 786 of the 792 cards in the base set, and includes every multi-player single signed by each player appearing on the card. All the key singles are already slabbed by PSA/DNA, including Billy Martin, Alan Wiggins, Bo Diaz, Robin Yount (AS), Mike Schmidt, George Brett, Pete Vuckovich (AS), Saves Leaders (signed by Quisenberry and Sutter), Vuckovich, Phillies Team (signed by Diaz and Carlton), Stolen Base Leaders (signed by Henderson and Raines), Orioles Team (signed by Murray and Palmer), Harvey Kuenn, Dave Winfield, Bobby Murcer, Rod Scurry, Al Williams, Dick Howser and Tom Seaver, with the remainder of the cards being pre-certified. All Team cards are signed by both players pictured. Leaders cards are also signed by every player on the card, including: Batting Leaders (signed by Willie Wilson and Al Oliver); Home Run Leaders (signed by Reggie Jackson, Gorman Thomas and Dave Kingman); RBI Leaders (signed by Hal McRae, Dale Murphy and Al Oliver); Victory Leaders (signed by Lamarr Hoyt and Steve Carlton); Strikeout Leaders (signed by Floyd Bannister and Carlton); and ERA Leaders (signed by Rick Sutcliffe and Steve Rogers). Checklist 129 and 249 are signed by Lee MacPhail; Checklist 349 is signed by Joe Altobelli; Checklist 526 is signed by Ron Kittle; and Checklist 642 is signed by Cy Berger.
