This is a wonderful array of important vintage Topps baseball cards from three of the great vintage sets from the 1960’s, a rare opportunity to pick up a remarkable number of cards that could be used to complete or upgrade any number of sets. The 1960 grouping (150) is largely Very Good to Ex, with some above and below, an array that includes 44 of the second series rookie cards, 16 managers and seven Hall of Famers, including No. 1 Wynn (VG), No. 30 Kaline (Good) and No. 55 Mazeroski (Ex o/c).
The 1963 grouping (57 cards) from mostly the second and third series is almost startling in the crispness of its presentation, largely Nr-Mt cards with great color, photo focus and gloss, with blazing sharp corners and hardly a whisper of any chipping on the condition-sensitive color panels. The colorful 1965 grouping (205) is in similar condition range, mostly Nr-Mt with a few Ex-Mt, and encompassing the more difficult higher numbers from the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Series, and in many cases with multiples of some of the cards as noted.
