This 3x5 index card features a perfect blue ballpoint pen from the late Lyman Bostock. Bostock was shot and killed in Gary, Indiana during the prime of his career in 1978. The signature is authenticated by JSA with a basic COA and also pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
