This is an absolutely amazing assortment of high-grade cards almost exclusively of Hall of Famers and major stars from the popular and colorful 1961 Topps Football issue. It’s startling to imagine the potential of picking up basically Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt condition cards of so many Hall of Famers, typically with multiples ranging from three to even 10 cards. Only a handful of the cards have had the Ruboff panels on the back touched; as might be expected a few are off-center or miscut. It’s difficult to imagine another opportunity to pick up so many great condition cards of the great NFL Hall of Famers and stars from the coveted 1961 Topps issue. Perhaps six dozen or so would have centering concerns pronounced enough to earn an off-center or miscut designation.
